Hindraf arrests

I'm quite dismayed to read today of the ISA being invoked to detain the Hindraf leaders without trial. Although I disagree deeply with the approach of Hindraf ("ethnic cleansing"? C'mon!), I think that the due process of law should be allowed to run its course. Karpal Singh is right that the detention order is unconstitutional and invalid.
